	The objective of the 3-P.it Italian food Export Company is to introduce our dairies and farms, our gourmet food, our agriculture, or more simply italian food to the world. We can supply the best quality farmers' italian gourmet food all over the world without useless extra costs.


	Company purpose is to increase the sale and export of the members' products

1. Company Name and Headquarters
It is an agricultural and foodstuffs company with the company name of "CONSORZIO EXPORT 3-P.it" The company's official headquarters are in Pegognaga, via Ruggera nr 44. The company has the possibility, through the Board of Directors to open other headquarters, offices and branch offices in Italy and abroad.

2. Company Purpose
The purpose for which this company has been created is that of the execution of the publicity necessary to increase the sale and export of the company's members as well as the importation of raw material s to be used by the above mentioned. It is also part of our responsibility to provide training and modernization and technical assistance in favour of our members. This company maintains the possibility to invest in other companies or cooperatives with similar market interests. The company has the authority to act on behalf of all or some of its members in the interest of third parties as stated in the article 2612 C.C. and its corollaries.
