
The Salumificio Pedrazzoli as a company is one of a kind. Born in the 1951 from the entrepreneurial spirit of a family of workers from the Lower Padana Plane in 1983 it was already stable enough to move to a different plant and obtain the European Union EC seal of approval. It is now able to monitor the whole of its production of meat products, from the breeding to the butchery of the animals as well as from the production to the sales of the products.
All of this enables Salumificio Pedrazzoli to guarantee a product which is able to bring back with its taste the ancient tradition from Mantua and Modena areas despite their benefiting from the excellent cooperation of experts from the University of Cremona and of an internal sophisticated laboratory which oversees the entire cycle of the production.
These are the foundations upon which the biological range of products "Primavera" was born: truly natural and genuine products which meet the needs of a consumer who's getting more and more aware of the quality factor of the food purchased.
Our specialities are salame, bacon, our range of matured products (coppa, arista, culatello and fiocchetto), our special products (guanciale, lard and cicciole) and fresh products like sausages and raw ham (prosciutto).
