Formed by a group of young people from the province of Mantua with the desire to spread the tradition of "Country Living" with its specialties, its tastes and smells.

Our ideas and enthusiasm will help us to give the just prestige to the agricultural products of our area.
With this initiative we intend to bring the flavours of the country table to you and show you the pleasure of rustic eating, that you may taste a piece of the farming culture.

Many are the products that characterize the Mantua kitchen: salami, sbrisolona, cracklings, tortelli with pumpkin, rice, lambrusco wine, and of course the most famous of all Parmigiano Reggiano.
