» A new member : Caseificio Rosso

Consorzio Export 3-p.it is happy to inform you that, from 1 January 2008, it will welcome a new member : Caseificio Rosso. At the end of 1800, in the valleys of the Alps of Piedmont, Rosa Pidello Rosso begins the activity of production, seasoning and commerce of dairy products from Biella. Today, the quarter generation of cheese makers works for a constant improvement of traditional cheeses like Maccagno or Toma. The production is made according to the traditional techniques, with milk from Biella strictly controlled. Thanks to the possibility of controlling all the production process, from the purchase of raw materials to the end of seasoning, Caseificio Rosso is able to guarantee the high quality of its cheeses.
